Elvan Odabaşı
Nutrition and healthy lifestyle specialist Elvan Odabaşı completed her undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2004. Since 2005, she has been working as the executive dietitian of the ‘FORMEO Doya Doya Yaşam Merkezi’, which she founded. The high-calorie, low-GI, protein-rich, probiotic, and prebiotic-supported diet system she developed has made a difference in providing sustainable nutritional behavior in the consultancy service. She has contributed to many international and national congresses, seminars, institutions, organizations, and independent events both as a speaker and as an instructor. With the identity of the author, Odabaşı ensured the publication of the Sıfır Kalori Beslenme, which is the first in Turkey in 2007, and Diyet magazines for 5 years. In addition to her books titled Doya Doya Zayıfla (2011), Hayallerin Defteri (2015), and Limon Kasasından Hayaller (2020), Odabaşı has articles in numerous newspapers, magazines, and digital media.
