Prof. Dr. Birol Saygı

Prof. Dr. Y. Birol SAYGI was born in Izmir and graduated from Ege University Faculty of Food in 1980. He completed his master's degree in 1984 and his doctorate in 1989. He received the title of Associate Professor in 1991 and Professor in 2019.
